What is Reiki?
REIKI is a tool used by energy workers to connect to a high vibration of energy for healing and renewal. Reiki combines meditational techniques with intention, hand placements, and symbols to help us connect to the energy so we can direct it into our bodies and out through our hands. By increasing the flow of energy through our bodies, we incite and accelerate physical, mental, and spiritual healing for ourselves and all that we direct the energy toward.
Healing Is an active and internal process that includes investigating ones attitudes, memories, and beliefs with the desire to release all negative patterns that prevent ones full emotional and spiritual recovery.
Reiki is a great way to help with your healing.
Reiki has many advantages better sleep, increased focus, remove energetic blocks, release tension and toxins, and so much more!
Reiki can compliment any medical or psychological care you may be receiving and does not take the place of medical care. The body has the ability to heal itself and to do so complete relaxation is often beneficial.
While relaxing on my Reiki table or through a distance healing energy session the energy will be guided to help facilitate a deep level of relaxation needed by the body to help heal itself.

Reiki by Lori sessions involve sharing my gift mediumship if you are open to receiving messages. This makes for a unique experience beyond the energy healing aspect of Reiki. I incorporate this gift with most of my sessions.
